WELCOME TO LCCC YOUTH

Our teens meet twice a month for Youth Group, in addition to the monthly special event they host. And, whether it’s raking leaves for church members or collecting donations for a local charity, the Youth Group also does a service project once a month for our community!

Young Adults

Our Young Adults group meets once a month for Bible Study and a meal, typically on the last Saturday of the month.

Meet our Family Minster, Jessy Allen!

My name is Pastor Jessy and I serve as the Family Minister! I am married to my best friend Jeremy and have two kids, James and Juniper. We are from Kansas City and have 5 cats and a dog. I am currently attending Philips Theological Seminary studying Pastoral Ministry. In Family Ministry, I serve birth to young adults. I have served in ministry for the past 8 years in various roles. I love serving kids and youth as I watch them grow in Christ from kids to adults. I would love to personally invite you and your family to join us for worship on Sunday mornings!

Upcoming Youth & Young Adult Events

SEP 11 — Youth Group — 6:00 PM-7:30 PM

The Youth have started a new series called POV (Point of View) where we shift our perspectives to see things through God’s eyes.

SEP 25 — Youth & Yoga — 6:00 PM-7:30 PM

Come for a night of fun and relaxation! We will have a special guest coming to teach yoga and talk about mental health.

AUGUST 31 — Young Adults’ Night on the Town — 5:00 PM

The Young Adult group will be doing a night on the town and going to BRKTHROUGH in Overland Park, KS on Saturday the 28th at 5:00 p.m. followed by dinner in OP. Please let Jessy or Jeremy know if you are able to make it by
the Wednesday before so we can get our spot!
