Good Morning;

            Now that the world knows who is the best in the NFL we can all get back to “real” life, at least till “March Madness” strikes.  I must say I was totally disappointed in Super Bowl XLIV.  The game was good but the commercials were close to awful.   It is obvious companies spent all their money on the 30 second time slot and very little on development.   But having said that Diana and I had a great time with friends and the food was superb.
            Thinking about the big Super Bowl battle reminded me of an email I got last week.  There is a real “Super Battle” going on not on the football field but in each one of our lives. It is a daily battle that last not just one day but our whole life. The following piece explains that battle and gives us some very important and helpful advice. I really didn’t care who won Super Bowl battle, but it is very important who wins the battle described below.

TWO WOLVES

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all.
"One is Evil -  It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
"The other is Good -  It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"

The old Cherokee simply replied,
 "The one you feed."

Hope your “good wolf” is getting well fed!
